Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Dobreon sp. z o.o., ul. Kazimierza Morawskiego 5/127, 30-102 Kraków, Poland (KRS 0001186490, NIP PL6772528744), which operates MoveMap EU.

2. What we collect

• Quiz answers: the relocation preferences you enter, used to generate your report.
• Email address: if you provide it, to deliver your report and (with your consent) send updates.
• Relocation-help requests: if you ask us for help with your move, the details you submit (name, email, destination, what you need help with and your message), used to follow up about how we can help.
• Consent choices: whether you accepted the terms and any optional marketing or analytics consent.
• Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and a payment reference, but not your full card number.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use your data and our legal bases (GDPR)

• To create and deliver your report and process your purchase: performance of a contract.
• To respond to your relocation-help request, including sharing it with vetted relocation service partners who fulfil the request with us: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To share your relocation-check details with vetted relocation service partners, only if you opted in: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To send marketing emails, if you opted in: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To improve the Service using anonymized answers, if you opted in: your consent.
• To keep the Service secure and meet legal obligations: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with service providers (processors) that help us run the Service:

• Supabase: database and hosting for storing reports.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Relocation-help requests: when you submit a request for personal help with your move, we fulfil it together with vetted relocation service partners (such as immigration, housing, tax-advisory, or relocation agencies) and share your request and contact details with them so they can contact you and help. We may receive a referral fee from these partners. This sharing is stated on the request form before you send it.

Relocation-check data: we share your check details with such partners only if you explicitly opt in. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting movemapeu@dobreon.com; withdrawal does not affect sharing that happened before it.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers (such as Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

We keep report and purchase data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Polish law. If you complete the check but do not purchase a report, we keep your report, and your email address if you provided one so we can send the result link, reminders, and offers you asked for, for up to 12 months; after that we remove the email address, access link, and consents, and the remaining de-identified check answers are kept only as anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to you. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in each email, or ask us to delete your data sooner. Invoicing and transaction records are generally retained for 5 years from the end of the relevant calendar year, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact movemapeu@dobreon.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

8. Cookies and storage

We use only the cookies and browser storage strictly necessary to operate the Service (for example, to remember your quiz progress and language). If we later add analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
