2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. What the Service provides

MoveMap EU generates a personalized, educational relocation report based on the answers you provide in our quiz. The report compares European countries across factors such as lifestyle, finances, documents, and family considerations.

The report is for general information and educational purposes only. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial, or relocation advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or from official government sources.

4. Price and payment

The Country Report is a one-time digital purchase priced at EUR 1.99, including applicable VAT (our VAT identification number is PL6772528744). The total price payable is always shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.

The report is delivered digitally and immediately after successful payment. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Accuracy and no professional advice

Immigration rules, taxes, and living costs change frequently and depend on your personal circumstances. We try to provide useful, current information, but we do not guarantee that the report is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Always verify any information with official government sources and qualified advisors before making decisions or relocating.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not resell or redistribute the report without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its content, and the report format are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use your own report for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the report. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to in your country of residence.
