Refund Policy

This policy explains when the MoveMap EU Country Report can be refunded.

1. A digital product, delivered instantly

The MoveMap EU Country Report is a digital product that is generated and made available to you immediately after successful payment.

2. Your consent to immediate delivery

Because the report is digital content delivered instantly, by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you therefore lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for that content once delivery has begun.

3. When we refund

As the report is delivered immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We will, however, provide a refund where:

  • the report was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side, or
  • the report is materially defective or inaccessible and we cannot fix it, or
  • a refund is required by applicable law or your mandatory consumer rights.

4. How to request a refund

Email nikita0gavr@gmail.com from the address you used at purchase, within 14 days, describing the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
